What counts as an audit?
One crawl of one site, up to your plan’s page limit, with the per-page plan, competitors, keywords and AI readiness scores it produces. Re-running an audit on the same site counts again.
Which AI engines are tracked?
Free checks Google AI Overviews when you ask, plus 1 ChatGPT preview on your first audit. Pro checks ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews every week. Business adds Google AI Mode weekly and a monthly deep check on Gemini and Claude. Each plan above lists its engines and prompt counts.
Can I cancel or change plans?
Yes, from your billing page in one step, monthly or yearly. Top-up packs for extra audits or research seeds never expire.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Full refund within 14 days of your first payment, no questions asked: it covers the first payment of your first subscription, once per customer. A top-up pack is refunded if none of it was used. Write to us from your account’s email address.
